Shipping Times

Once you place your order, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 10–14 days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier performance and external factors outside of our control.

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on order volume at the time of purchase.

During peak periods or sales, please allow up to 4 days for your order to be dispatched.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

The Kick Off Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error and will not offer refunds or replacements in these cases.

We are also not liable for orders that are:

  • Not collected from the post office on time

  • Missed during delivery attempts

  • Returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details

Orders returned to us for these reasons may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Delays & Sale Periods

During major sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and carrier delays.

While we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 days during these periods, delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
